| Obverse description | Central field dominated by the large numeral '10', within which two tropical reef fish are depicted in high relief — a larger disc-shaped fish occupying the interior of the zero and a smaller fish to the left. The State of Israel emblem (menorah with olive branches) appears at upper center, flanked by the trilingual country name legend 'ISRAEL / ישראל / إسرائيل' arching along the upper rim.
