Obverse description The obverse features a central circular perforation surrounded by trilingual legends arranged around the annular field. The Latin legend PALESTINE arcs across the upper portion of the field, flanked by separating dots, while the Arabic inscription فلسطين appears to the right and the Hebrew פלשתינה (א״י) to the left, both reading downward along the inner curve. The date appears twice below the central hole: in Western numerals (1943) beneath the Latin legend at the top and in Eastern Arabic-Indic numerals (١٩٤٣) at the lower inner field. The coin is bordered by a uniform beaded rim encircling the entire obverse.

Reverse description The reverse displays a finely engraved laurel wreath encircling the central hole, its branches meeting symmetrically at the base to form a complete decorative ring around the perforation. The denomination legend 10 MILS is inscribed in Latin characters across the upper field, with the Arabic equivalent ١٠ ملات to the right and the Hebrew מילים to the left, all three scripts arranged radially around the annular field. The design is restrained and elegant, relying entirely on the trilingual value inscriptions and the wreath motif without any figurative imagery. A beaded rim frames the entire reverse.
