| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of King Otto of Bavaria facing left, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and a small decorative ornament at the crown of the head. The truncation of the neck is cleanly cut, and the mint mark 'D' appears at the lower right of the field near the rim. The circumferential legend reads 'OTTO KOENIG V. BAYERN' arranged around the portrait, separated below by the ruler's name. The entire design is bordered by a continuous inner beaded circle adjacent to the milled rim. |

| Reverse description | Central device features the Imperial German eagle displayed, with wings spread and head turned to the right, surmounted by a crown. The eagle bears on its breast a shield charged with the Hohenzollern arms, surrounded by a decorative collar of oak and laurel. Below the eagle, an elaborate arabesque cartouche separates the denomination '10 MARK' inscribed along the lower arc, flanked by two five-pointed stars. The legend 'DEUTSCHES REICH' curves along the upper periphery, with the date to the right, all enclosed within a beaded border. |
