| Obverse description | Salmon-pink note with a green-on-pale guilloche underprint at centre. The issuer's name 'Stadtgemeinde Regensburg' is printed in dark green at the upper left below a ruled line, while the denomination 'Zehn Mark' is rendered in elaborate blackletter script within an ornate cartouche with foliate scrollwork at left. The text 'GUTSCHEIN ÜBER' appears above the denomination, with the issue authority text and date of 4 and 8 October 1918 below; the numeral '10' appears at lower left, and two manuscript signatures with printed titles 'Oberbürgermeister' and '1. Vorstand des Gemeindekollegiums' are at the foot. |
