| Obverse description | Portrait of King Umberto I set within an octagonal medallion on the left, surrounded by an intricate guilloche border and scrollwork. The central text panel carries the denomination in large serif letters reading 'VALE DIECI LIRE', flanked by the denomination numeral '10' in an ornate cartouche at the right.
