Obverse description	At right, an intaglio vignette of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in three-quarter portrait, wearing a white dress suit, set against a fine guilloche underprint in brown tones. The central field carries the large numeral '10' above the denomination legend in Turkish, flanked by ornate geometric borders and floral corner rosettes. Serial number and series prefix appear twice, above and below centre, with two manuscript signature lines for the Umum Müdür and Umum Müdür Muavini.
