Obverse description	Brown and red note with bilingual bank title in Albanian and Italian across the upper field, flanking a large central guilloche medallion. The Albanian double-headed eagle vignette occupies the lower centre, with the numeral 10 in large red intaglio print repeated on both sides. Two manuscript signatures appear below, with serial numbers and series letters at the four corners. The imprint "OFFICINA DELLA BANCA D'ITALIA - ROMA" is printed at the foot of the note.

Reverse description	Blue note divided into three vertical panels: the left panel carries the Albanian state coat of arms with the double-headed eagle surmounted by a crown, flanked by crossed branches, below the denomination "LEK 10 LEK"; the central panel contains a large guilloche watermark window with the numeral 10 at the foot; the right panel bears a portrait vignette in intaglio of King Vittorio Emanuele III in profile. Anti-counterfeiting warning texts in Albanian and Italian are printed along the lower border.
