Obverse description Intaglio portrait of Juraj (Giorgio) Dobrila (1812–1882), Bishop of Poreč-Pula, at right, with his birth and death years inscribed alongside. The left portion of the note carries a multicolour guilloche underprint incorporating the Croatian coat of arms vignette and horizontal band patterns in green and ochre tones, with the large numeral '10' in the lower left. Vertical text 'NARODNA BANKA HRVATSKE' runs along the left margin.

Reverse description The reverse presents an intaglio vignette of the Roman amphitheatre (Arena) of Pula, dating to the 1st century AD, occupying the upper portion of the design, accompanied by a view of the medieval hilltop town of Motovun, the best-preserved fortified town of Istria. Multicolour guilloche patterns in green and brown tones form the underprint, with the denomination numeral '10' and the issuer name integrated into the overall composition.
