Obverse description Blue and pink intaglio-printed note centred on an oval vignette of a young boy's portrait framed by guilloche ornaments. Upper field bears the denomination ZEHN KRONEN in large letterpress type alongside the imperial double-headed eagle. Three signature lines below the central vignette identify the Generalrat, Gouverneur, and Generalsekretär.
