| Reverse description | Imperial double-headed eagle displayed, with each head surmounted by a crown and the whole ensigned by a large imperial crown above. The eagle bears on its breast an escutcheon of the Habsburg-Lorraine arms. The mint mark H·S· (for Hermannstadt) appears on either side of the eagle's lower body, and the denomination numeral 10 is displayed in a cartouche at the base. The encircling Latin legend reads TRAN • CO • TYR • 1780 AR • AU • DUX • BU • M • P, citing Maria Theresa's titles as Archduchess, Duchess, and Margravine, with the date 1780 incorporated into the legend. |
