| Obverse description | At the top of the field, Ukraine's small State Coat of Arms (trident) is displayed, below which a semicircular Cyrillic legend reads УКРАЇНА. The central zone features a smooth circular cartouche containing a pad-printed polychrome depiction of a dragon's head — an iconic symbol of Chinese mythology and culture.
