| Obverse description | A stylized colored portrait of Lyubov Panchenko rendered in her characteristic decorative folk-art idiom occupies the central field, depicting a female figure in three-quarter view adorned with a blue headdress crowned by red spiral-motif roses and drop earrings in red enamel.
