| Obverse description | The obverse features the shared compositional design of the Ukrainian Historical Figures series, embodying the concept of a unified Ukraine. The small State Coat of Arms of Ukraine is prominently displayed in the field, flanked by the emblematic figures of the Archangel Michael, symbol of Kyiv, and a crowned lion, symbol of Lviv, rendered in baroque style. The circular legend is divided by baroque ornamentation and reads УКРАЇНА, 10 ГРИВЕНЬ, and the year 2003. Below the central design, the fineness designation Ag 925 and the silver weight in troy ounces 31,1 are inscribed. The overall aesthetic is consistent with the decorative baroque idiom employed throughout the series. |
