| Obverse description | The obverse features an elaborate composition of concentric swirling bands filled with densely rendered traditional Ukrainian folk ornamental motifs, including stylized floral, geometric, and zoomorphic patterns reminiscent of pysanka egg decoration. At the upper center, the date 2021 is inscribed above a small gilt shield bearing the Ukrainian trident (tризуб), the state coat of arms. The lower portion of the field carries the Cyrillic legend УКРАЇНА 10 ГРИВЕНЬ along the bottom rim, set against a plain exergue. The overall design, executed in high relief, evokes the continuous transmission of Ukrainian cultural heritage through its layered, spiraling ornamental composition. |
