Obverse description Printed in dark blue on cream paper, the obverse carries a central vignette of Villa Dorner, a residential building with a veranda set amid dense foliage, rendered in a fine line-art style and signed by the artist "R. Wild" at lower right. The denomination numeral "10" appears in an ornate cartouche at the upper left, with "HELLER" in a corresponding panel at the upper right, flanked by the date elements "JULI" and "1920" in squared frames at the upper corners. Below the vignette, bold letterpress text reads "KASSENSCHEIN der Gemeinde WEISSENBACH BEI MÖDLING", enclosed within a decorative ruled border.

Reverse description The reverse is divided into two panels within a ruled border. The left panel contains a landscape vignette of the Johannstein ruins atop a rocky hillside reflected in water below, rendered in fine line-art style and signed "Wild" at lower left, with the caption "JOHANNSTEIN" above. The right panel carries the redemption text in German Fraktur script, stating the municipality's guarantee to redeem the note in legal tender by 20 July 1920, authorised by a council resolution of 10 June 1920, followed by the printed facsimile signatures of Illich (Bürgermeister), Hochkogler (Vize-Bürgermeister), and Klein (Gemeinderat).
