| Obverse description | The note is printed in violet on cream paper within an ornate lace-pattern border. The denomination circle reading '10 Heller' appears at upper centre, with a second denomination circle repeated at lower centre. Flanking the central text block are two small oval portrait vignettes — a young girl at left and a woman in traditional headdress at right — set against a stippled guilloche background. The central text block in Gothic blackletter script carries the issuing authority's declaration, the authorising resolution dates, the total emission amount, the guarantee clause, and the validity date of 1 Juni 1921, with manuscript signatures of the Vicebürgermeister and Bürgermeister below. |
