| Obverse description | Pale buff paper with a fine wavy-line guilloche underprint. At left, a circular vignette bearing the arms of Tulln — a shield divided with a chequered field and an eagle — surmounted by a crowned monogram. The denomination '10 Heller' is set in large bold type at centre, flanked above and below by rows of ornamental rosette separators. Two signature lines at the foot carry the manuscript signatures of the Finanzreferent (finance officer) and the Bürgermeister, with their respective titles printed in letterpress. |

| Reverse lettering | Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Tulln über Zehn Heller. Zur Linderung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Tulln Kassenscheine im Gesamtbetrage von 100.000 Kronen aus. Dieselben sind unverzinslich, werden von der Gemeinde Tulln bis 30. September 1920 in Zahlung genommen und in der Zeit vom 1. bis 30. September 1920 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
