| Obverse description | The upper portion of the obverse is occupied by a large landscape vignette executed in a woodcut-like illustrative style, showing the Böhlerwerkе-Bruckbackerhütte industrial complex with factory chimneys emitting smoke, set against a backdrop of bare trees and reflected in a foreground waterway. A decorative vine-tendril border frames the entire note. Below the vignette, the denomination numeral '10' appears at lower left in bold letterpress, accompanied by the text 'ZEHN HELLER' and the issuing authority legend 'NOTGELD DER GEMEINDE SONNTAGBERG', with a liability clause and two manuscript facsimile signatures of the Bürgermeister and Vizebürgermeister at the foot. |
