| Obverse description | The left portion of the note is printed on a pink-red guilloche underprint and carries a central oval vignette of a medieval round tower and church steeple in Pöchlarn, rendered in dark violet letterpress. The denomination 'Zehn Heller' is inscribed in Gothic script to either side of the vignette, with the numeral '10' at upper right, and the validity legend 'Nur gültig bis 31. Dezember 1920' flanking the vignette. Two manuscript facsimile signatures appear below, attributed to the Vizebürgermeister and the Bürgermeister, with the place and date 'Pöchlarn, 15. Feber 1920'. The right stub panel carries the municipal arms of Pöchlarn — a crowned shield with a robed figure — above the issuer inscription 'Stadtgemeinde Pöchlarn im Nibelungengau' in Gothic script. |

Within the panel, the guarantee text is set in Gothic blackletter script over seven lines, followed by the place and date 'Pöchlarn, 15. Feber 1920' and the counterfeiting warning. The ghost image of the municipal arms and the obverse text are faintly visible as a show-through from the face. |
