Obverse description	Brown letterpress note with a rope-twist decorative border enclosing the entire design. At left, the denomination '10 Heller' is set in bold Gothic type above the municipal arms of Mondsee, displaying a crescent moon and a lake scene with a boat. To the right, a lively woodcut-style vignette illustrates a crowded market or festival scene with numerous figures in period dress. Below the vignette, the inscription 'Mondsee in Oberösterr.' appears in Gothic script, with the designer's name 'REISENBICHLER' printed in small capitals at the bottom margin.

Reverse description	Blue-on-green note with a fine guilloche underprint and a rope-twist border. At left, the denomination '10 Heller' in bold Gothic type heads a text block stating the redemption conditions, signed by Bürgermeister Ant. Kaltenbrunner and countersigned by the Markt-Gemeindevorsteher Mondsee, valid until 31 December 1920. To the right, a woodcut-style vignette depicts two figures hauling nets or ropes beside a lake, with a mountainous landscape in the background. The inscription 'Mondsee in Oberösterr.' in Gothic script runs along the lower right, with the designer's name 'REISENBICHLER' at the foot of the design.
