| Obverse description | The left half of the note is occupied by a green letterpress vignette of a wayside chapel tower set among tall spruce trees in a rural landscape. To the right, the denomination numeral '10' appears twice in bold blackletter type within dotted rectangular frames at upper left and upper right, flanking the word 'Gutschein'. The issuer inscription 'Gemeinde Lambrechten, O.Ö.' is set in large Gothic script across the centre, below which a decorative geometric underprint panel in lilac carries an anti-counterfeiting warning text and stylised ornamental cartouches. The denomination 'Heller' is repeated at lower left and lower right in bold blackletter. |

| Reverse description | Printed in dark green on a plain cream paper stock, the reverse is enclosed within a decorative border of interlaced ribbon ornaments with spiral corner devices. The issuer name 'Gemeinde Lambrechten, O.Ö.' is set in large Gothic script at the top centre. A central text block in Fraktur script states the municipality's guarantee of redemption in lawful currency until 31 December 1920, followed by the issue date 'Lambrechten, am 24. Mai 1920' and the facsimile signature of the mayor. The denomination 'Heller 10 Heller' is printed in large bold type across the lower portion. |
