| Obverse description | The left half of the obverse carries an oval portrait vignette of a young woman in period dress with a lace collar, set within a decorative ruled frame; the numeral '10' in large bold type with radiating lines appears below the portrait. The right half bears the issuer inscription at the top, the denomination in Gothic blackletter script, and a facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister above the validity clause. A dotted outer border frames the entire note. |
