| Obverse description | Bicolour lithograph Notgeld printed in brown and green, with the left half bearing a landscape vignette of the village of Kettenreith set against a mountain backdrop within a decorative foliate border, beneath which a four-line German verse reads 'Wenn Kettenreith auch Klein ist auf der Welt / So hat es doch auch schon / Sein eigen Notstandsgeld.' The right half carries the denomination numeral '10' in a green circular cartouche flanked by the legend 'Heller' on either side, surmounted by the cursive title 'Kassenschein der Gemeinde Kettenreith' in green letterpress.
