To the upper right, a banner cartouche carries the issuing title in Gothic script, while the denomination numeral '10' appears within a dark circular vignette at the upper left alongside the word 'Heller'. The right panel carries the complete text of the Notgeld authorisation resolution in Gothic script, recording the joint municipal council decision of 1 April 1920 to issue emergency currency in denominations of 10, 20, and 50 Heller, followed by the facsimile signatures of the three Bürgermeisters of Bubendorf, Meilersdorf, and Wolfsbach. |
