| Reverse description | The reverse carries a full-length inked vignette of a bearded peasant figure holding an unfurled scroll inscribed with a text explaining the issuance of the Notgeld to alleviate the small-change shortage, set against a faint underprint of letters. To the left, the denomination 'Zehn Heller' is rendered in large Gothic blackletter type with validity line 'Giltig bis 31 Dez. 1920.' Two manuscript facsimile signatures of the Bürgermeister and his deputy appear beneath their respective titles. The entire design is framed by a dotted decorative border, and the printer's imprint 'Albertus-St. Pöllen' is printed at the foot. |
