Obverse description The obverse is printed in dark olive-green on cream paper, with a decorative dot-and-square border framing the entire note. To the left, a rectangular vignette presents a woodcut-style landscape view of Biberbach, with a church steeple rising above clustered village buildings set against rolling hills and billowing clouds. To the right, the denomination "Zehn Heller" is inscribed in Gothic blackletter script at the top, flanked by numeral "10" in each corner, with the issuer name "Gutschein der Gemeinde Biberbach bei Seitenstetten, N.Ö." and a guarantee text below. At the foot of the note, three facsimile signature lines appear for the Vicebürgermeister, Bürgermeister, and Gemeinderat, with the imprint "Entwurf: G. Pöschl – Druck von F. Rielar, Amstetten" in small type.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in the same olive-green ink on cream paper, enclosed within a guilloche-pattern decorative border. The upper portion carries the heading "Gutschein der Gemeinde Biberbach über" in Gothic script, above the denomination rendered as "Zehn 10 Heller" in bold display lettering against a fine ornamental underprint. A horizontal rule divides this denomination panel from a lower text block, which sets out the terms of issue and the note's validity period to 31 December 1920, concluding with the anti-counterfeiting warning "Nachahmung dieses Scheines wird bestraft."
