| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in black on a cream-toned paper with a yellow-ochre underprint. A central vignette presents a letterpress view of the Neuhofen an der Krems townscape with buildings and trees rendered in fine line work, set within an arched cartouche flanked by circular denomination roundels bearing the numeral '10' at left and right. The lower portion carries the denomination inscription in Gothic blackletter script, the validity date, and three manuscript signatures over printed role labels for 'Gemeinderäte' and 'Bürgermeister', all enclosed within a decorative wavy-rule border with scrollwork corner ornaments. |
