The central panel carries a stylised monogram or town arms vignette with the letters 'N' at centre, flanked above and below by the denomination inscription 'HELLER' in bold Gothic lettering and the numeral '10' repeated. The left panel contains a Gothic-script text block citing the municipal committee resolution of 19 March 1920 and the total issue amount of 50,000 Kronen, while the right panel states the redemption terms at the municipal savings office (Gemeinde-Sparkasse) until 30 December 1920. |
