| Reverse description | White stock printed entirely in red, enclosed within the same repeating floral rosette border used on the obverse. The upper portion carries a block of Gothic-script text setting out the legal basis for the issue, followed by the place and date of issue and the mayor's manuscript signature below the title "Der Bürgermeister". A final warning line runs beneath the signature panel, and the denomination numeral "10" appears in framed cartouches at both lower corners, with the value spelled out in large display script centred between them. |

Die Scheine werden nach erfolgter Kundmachung in gesetzlichem Bargelde bei der Gemeindekasse eingelöst. Altenberg, am 15. Mai 1920.
