| Obverse description | Printed on green paper in dark ink, the obverse bears a central vignette of rural agricultural scenes: to the left, a farmer ploughing with a horse-drawn implement; to the right, a figure raking and a worker stooping near haystacks, all set against a clouded sky. At centre, a decorative framed tablet carries the denomination numeral '10' over the inscription 'HELLER', surmounted by an ornamental scroll finial.
