Obverse description	Blue intaglio print on yellow paper, with an intricate guilloche border framing the entire note. The bank title "DE NEDERLANDSCHE BANK" appears in a bold serif arch across the upper field, above the denomination "TIEN GULDEN" in large letterpress text at center. To the left, a circular guilloché vignette encloses the numeral "10", flanked by the interlaced "NBA" monogram in diamond cartouches; two star-shaped perforations below the signature lines for "De Secretaris" and "De President" are the distinguishing feature of this spare (unsigned) note.

Reverse description	Orange letterpress on green guilloché underprint, with an elaborate lace-pattern border of repeated ornamental motifs running along all four sides. A large central rosette guilloche medallion dominates the field, with the denomination "TIEN GULDEN" printed in two lines above and below it. Two star-shaped perforations appear at the lower portion of the design, and blocks of fine legal text in Dutch are set in the left and right margins.
