Obverse description Blue and green note with allegorical vignettes of Labor at left and Welfare at right, rendered in a classical artistic style consistent with the broader P#34 series design. The central panel carries the bank title and denomination inscription, flanked by ornamental guilloche underprint work. This issue omits the order numbers that appear on the otherwise identical P#34.
Obverse lettering 10 - ARBEID - WELVAART - 10 DE NEDERLANDSCHE BANK betaalt aan Toonder TIEN GULDEN De Secretaris - De President
(Translation: 10 - Labor - Welfare - 10 The Bank of the Netherlands pays to the Bearer Ten Gulden The Secretary - The President)
Reverse description The reverse is printed in blue-white and red-brown tones, with the large denomination text "TIEN GULDEN" boldly lettered across the central panel against a guilloche underprint bearing repeated rampant lion motifs. Numeral "10" counters appear in circular cartouches at each corner, and the serial number is repeated three times across the note. The series designation and issue date "Amsterdam, 6 Juli 1923" are printed at the lower centre.
