Rwanda's piedfort program has produced some of the smallest diamond-set gold issues in modern numismatics. At 0.311 g, this piece sits at the absolute lower threshold of practical gold coinage — the diamond, at 0.003 carats, almost certainly outweighs the setting effort involved in placing it.
