Reverse description The denomination '10' appears in large bold numerals at the centre of the field, with 'FRANCS' in Latin script below and the Arabic equivalent 'فرنكات' above. 'MAROC' is inscribed in large Latin capitals along the upper legend, while the Arabic name of the country 'المغرب' runs along the lower legend. Flanking the central numeral are two symmetrical arabesque ornamental devices, and the engraver's signature 'J.HAINAUT' is incised in small letters to the lower left of the field. The design is enclosed by a denticulated outer border matching the obverse.
