| Obverse description | The central field bears a multi-line Arabic inscription within an ornate geometric cartouche, featuring the name and title of Ahmad Pasha Bey of Tunisia at the top, followed by the denomination of 10 Francs and the Hijri date 1358. Flanking the cartouche on either side are upright olive branches, their stems crossing at the base. A decorative border of alternating geometric motifs and diamond shapes frames the entire design, with a plain inner rim surrounding the composition. |
