| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is prominently displayed in the center of the field, depicting the head of a leopard facing front with two crossed spears and a crescent moon above, all set within a shield. The motto scrolls JUSTICE and TRAVAIL appear on the crossed spears, while the word PAIX is inscribed on a ribbon at the base of the shield. The date 2007 is divided on either side of the arms, with 20 to the left and 07 to the right. The circular legend DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO arcs along the upper periphery, and the denomination 10 FRANC is inscribed along the lower rim. |
