| Reverse description | The polychrome enameled shield of Racing Metro 92 occupies the center of the field, rendered in the club's traditional light blue and white horizontal stripes with the inscription 'Depuis 1882' beneath, referencing the club's founding year. Surrounding the central escutcheon is an elaborate wreath-like arrangement of stylized shield motifs in relief, recalling overlapping jersey or badge forms. The club name 'RACING METRO 92' arcs along the upper rim in raised lettering, while the date '2011' appears along the lower rim, both flanked by short decorative dashes. |

| Additional information |
Racing Metro 92 was a French rugby union club formed from the 2001 merger of Racing Club de France and Stade Universitaire Argenteuil — a union of two historically significant Parisian clubs, though never an entirely comfortable one culturally. This coin was issued as part of Monnaie de Paris' ongoing series honoring Top 14 clubs, timed to a period when Racing Metro had just returned to the top flight after years in the lower divisions.
The club would later be rebranded Racing 92 in 2013 following a corporate restructuring backed by Jacky Lorenzetti.
