Reverse description The reverse presents a detailed engraving of a Roman stone arch bridge, its rusticated masonry rendered with fine relief work against a deeply mirrored background, symbolising Europe's shared architectural and historical heritage. The denomination 10 EURO is inscribed prominently at the upper portion of the field, flanked by a partial ring of twelve stars representing the European Union. The crowned M mintmark of the Real Casa de la Moneda, Madrid, appears to the left of the central motif. The curved legend V ANIVERSARIO DEL EURO arcs around the lower and left periphery of the field, enclosed within the decorative geometric border that frames the entire design.
