| Obverse description | Within a triangular field at center, a partial townscape of Bratislava as it appeared during the lifetime of Chatam Sofer is rendered in relief. The denomination 10 EURO appears in two lines to the left of the townscape, while the Slovak national emblem and the date 2012 are positioned to the right. The national name SLOVENSKO is inscribed along the upper periphery as a legend. At the base of the townscape, the stylized monogram of designer Pavel Károly and the mintmark of the Kremnica Mint are present in the exergual area. |
