Reverse description The reverse depicts a stylised representation of the Helsinki Olympic Stadium tower rising vertically through the centre of the field, rendered with a textured, stone-like surface that evokes the monument's architectural character. To the right, occupying roughly half the field, is a curved medallion-like form bearing the five interlocked Olympic rings in relief, flanked by the abbreviated inscriptions 'OLY' above and 'HELS' below, with the Roman numeral 'XV' denoting the fifteenth Olympiad positioned above the rings and the year '1952' beneath them. The issue year '2002' is inscribed vertically along the left field. The engraver's initials 'VV' appear at the lower left near the base of the tower.
