(Translation: 10 Euro Federal Republic of Germany 2015 J)
Reverse description The central design features a bold, stylized motif in which the Hanseatic cross — the historic emblem of the Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Rettung Schiffbrüchiger (DGzRS) — merges dynamically with the prow of a modern rescue lifeboat, rendered in an abstracted, graphic style with fine horizontal line engraving creating a sense of motion and water. The design conveys the maritime rescue mission of the organization. The encircling legend along the upper and right periphery reads '150 JAHRE DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT ZUR RETTUNG SCHIFFBRÜCHIGER', commemorating 150 years of the service. The engraver's initials 'JD' for Joachim Dimanski appear in the lower left field.
