Denmark has never issued a euro-denominated coin — the country retained the krone following its 1992 Maastricht Treaty opt-out, secured after Danish voters rejected the treaty by a narrow margin that June. A Danish "10 Euro" piece from that year does not exist within any confirmed official issue.
