Obverse description The obverse features a large equilateral triangle composed of numerous smaller triangles, referencing the identification system used to mark prisoners at the Auschwitz concentration camp. A vertical line bisects the composition, overlaid in part by a cartographic rendering of a railway line. Each half of the field contains a semicircle of raised dots denoting the camp's guard posts. A small teddy bear is depicted in the lower left quadrant of the triangle, symbolising the personal belongings of the victims. The Slovak coat of arms, the country name SLOVENSKO, the year of issue 2024, the prisoner registration numbers 44070 and 29162 assigned to Rudolf Vrba and Alfréd Wetzler respectively, and the mintmark of the Kremnica Mint are also incorporated into the design.

Reverse description The reverse is bisected by a vertical line; to its left appears one half of an inverted triangle filled with smaller triangles of varying sizes, echoing the obverse's motif. To the right of the line, two male figures are depicted in flight, representing Rudolf Vrba and Alfréd Wetzler escaping from the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp. The year 1944, in which the Vrba-Wetzler Report was written, is inscribed in the upper right field. The names ALFRÉD WETZLER and RUDOLF VRBA are rendered diagonally across the lower right quadrant, accompanied by the stylised designer's initials IŘ for Ivan Řehák. The denomination 10 EURO is inscribed in the lower left field, with raised dots representing the camp's watchtower guard posts completing the composition.
