Numex LLC is a Croatian novelty issuer producing fantasy denomination notes with no monetary value and no central bank backing. The "10 Euro Numex" is essentially a souvenir item dressed in currency vocabulary — printed in Kastav and carrying a QR code as its sole security feature, which in legitimate banknote production would be considered a negligible deterrent to reproduction.
