| Reverse description | The reverse is entirely occupied by a multiline Latin dedicatory inscription in capital letters, filling the field from top to bottom, beginning with IVSTVM and concluding with the initialism S·D·G· (Soli Deo Gloria) at the base. The text commemorates Frederick William's victory over the invading Swedish army near Fehrbellin on 18 June 1675, noting that he routed them through cavalry alone and by the grace of God alone, and expelled the seven-month ravagers from his lands within seven days. The field is plain with no additional devices or imagery, and the coin is enclosed by the same toothed outer border as the obverse. |
