Reverse description A large, boldly rendered Imperial double-headed eagle with spread wings occupies the full field, each head crowned separately beneath a central Imperial crown from which a cross rises. The eagle bears an orb on its breast and clutches the Imperial regalia in its talons. The circular Latin legend CAROL VII D G ROM IMP SEMP AUG is distributed around the periphery, with the date 1743 appearing on the left side within the legend, all read in inverted orientation consistent with medal alignment.
