Teller training notes of this type were produced by the People's Bank of China for use in bank staff instruction programs — not for circulation, and never assigned a Pick number. The 2006 issue coincides with a period of significant retail banking expansion in China, when large state banks were being restructured and listed publicly, driving demand for standardized cashier training materials across thousands of new branch locations.
These notes were not intended to leave training environments. Surviving examples almost certainly did so informally.
