| Obverse description | Left-facing draped bust of Ida McKinley, 25th First Lady of the United States, rendered in high relief with finely detailed curled hair and an ornate lace collar with floral and beaded embellishments. The name IDA McKINLEY arcs along the upper legend, while IN GOD WE TRUST appears in the left field and LIBERTY, the date 2013, and the W mint mark occupy the right field. Along the lower rim, the ordinal designation 25th and the tenure dates 1897-1901 are inscribed.
