Obverse description	The national coat of arms of Barbados occupies the central field, featuring a shield charged with two red pride-of-Barbados flowers and a bearded fig tree, supported dexter by a dolphin and sinister by a pelican. Above the shield, a helmet and mantling support a crest consisting of an arm grasping two crossed sugar cane stalks. Below the shield, a scroll bears the national motto in the legend PRIDE AND INDUSTRY. The country name BARBADOS arcs along the upper periphery, while the inscriptions 1 oz and Au 999 appear in the lower left and lower right fields respectively.

Reverse description	Two American flamingos (Phoenicopterus ruber) are depicted in a naturalistic tropical setting, with a stylised palm tree in the middle ground. The foreground flamingo is rendered in large relief with its characteristic curved neck and downward-tilting beak, its plumage finely detailed, while a second flamingo stands to the left with head inclined toward the water. A circular inner border frames the composition, with the legend BARBADOS · FLAMINGO arcing along the upper periphery and the denomination 10 DOLLARS along the lower. The date 2022 appears in the lower central field between the inner border and the denomination.
