Obverse description Right-facing diademed and draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II occupies a recessed circular central field, surrounded by an elaborate Gothic tracery pattern inspired by the rose window of St. Vitus Cathedral, rendered against a dark background. The outer legend reads NIUE ISLAND and ELIZABETH II separated by dots at the top, with the denomination 10 DOLLARS at the bottom. The date 2018 and the fineness mark AU 999,9 appear on the right side of the legend, and the Czech Mint initials CM are also present within the inscriptions. The design integrates the royal portrait with the Gothic architectural motif in a striking Proof finish.

Reverse description The reverse depicts the Papal Golden Rose presented by Pope Gregory XVI to Maria Anna of Savoy in 1832, a historic artefact preserved in the Treasury of St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague. The rose is rendered in fine relief at the centre of the design, surrounded by a decorative Gothic tracery border consistent with the cathedral's architectural heritage. The full official name of the cathedral appears as a circular legend around the central motif: KATEDRÁLA SVATÉHO VÍTA, VÁCLAVA A VOJTĚCHA. The composition reflects the deep ecclesiastical and historical significance of the relic and the cathedral. The Proof surface enhances the intricate sculptural detail of the floral and foliate elements.
