Obverse description Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the Raphael David Maklouf portrait, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, drop earrings, and a pearl necklace. The bust is rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field within a beaded inner circle. The gold-plated outer ring carries the legend ELIZABETH II to the left and FIJI 2000 to the right, with the engraver's initials RDM appearing on the truncation.
